The following terms and conditions concern any order and transaction with Gkoltsios Flowers. With the execution of any order you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Cost of products
All prices include VAT 13% or 24%
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR)
The total value of your order, including any mission expenses, discounts or additional taxes, appear exclusively in the order confirmation page, and always before the stage of final payment.
2. Orders
Orders to be delivered within the city of Tirnavos or up to 20km radius (ie Larissa, Ampelonas, Damasi, Argiropouli, Rodia etc) are executed by our staff. Orders to be delivered outside the city of Tirnavos or up to 20km radius, are executed by a courier company.
We are shipping orders exclusively within Greece. For delivering orders outside Greece please get in contact with us.
Orders placed until 14:00 (Greek timezone) a) are delivered on the same day for shipments within the city of Tirnavos or up to 20km radius (ie Larissa, Ampelonas, Damasi, Argiropouli, Rodia etc), b) are handed to the courier company on the same day, for shipments to the rest of Greece. Orders placed after 14:00 (Greek timezone) are delivered on the next calendar day for shipments within the city of Tirnavos or up to 20km radius (ie Larissa, Ampelonas, Damasi, Argiropouli, Rodia etc), b) are handed to the courier company on the next working day, for shipments to the rest of Greece.
In case there is any inconsistency with the availability of products you ordered, we will contact you via email and/or via phone call. Your order will be set on hold until all products ordered are collected. Partial shipment of your order is not possible and will not be executed.
After completing your order, an email will be sent to you automatically. to the email address provided by you in the order form. This email does not guarantee the availability of products.
3. Payments
Payment for your order can be made either by bank deposit or by using a debit / credit card.
Payments by debit / credit cards are performed in a safe environment of the Piraeus bank. Gkoltsios Flowers does not retain any of the details of debit / credit cards.
4. Cancellation / refund
Returning of goods are not accepted.
You have every right to cancel your order, if the payment is not completed.
